Hi there — we’re Rachel & Eric Phillips, the team behind our family-owned short-term rental business.

We grew up in Connecticut, spent several years living in Boston, and are now proud to call the Connecticut shoreline our forever home. For years, we vacationed annually at our family cottage in Charlestown, Rhode Island, which ultimately inspired our journey into short-term rentals.

In 2021, we made the decision to list our shared beach house on Airbnb. Since then, we’ve become Airbnb Superhosts, maintaining an overall 4.94-star rating through consistent care, thoughtful management, and attention to detail.

That level of success didn’t happen overnight. Through hands-on experience, we’ve learned what it truly takes to operate a well-run short-term rental from creating reliable cleaning schedules and managing same-day turnovers, to restocking essentials, overseeing maintenance, optimizing listings, and providing prompt, clear communication to every guest.

Today, we bring that same level of care to every property we manage. Whether you’re staying at one of our homes or partnering with us as a cohost, our goal is the same: to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
